Microsoft MD-101 Study Guide – Managing Modern Desktop

Well, I, unfortunately, failed my first attempt at the Beta MD-101 exam, which was a little disappointing, so I thought I would create a study guide to help me (with my ADHD studying can be difficult) and hopefully help others at the same time who are looking to learn Modern Desktop and pass these certifications.

Where do I start? Well, probably a good idea is to look at the exam objectives, check my score on the last exam, match up where I am missing out on knowledge and can improve, which shouldn’t be too difficult given my score 🙂  MD101 Score Report

So as we can see, I scored 612, which isn’t great but not as bad as I thought it was going to be, so it looks like I need to improve quite a lot to pass with a score that I would like to achieve, which would be over 900.

As I have just started a new contract which means more time away from home, I am going to make the effort to study and blog for a least an hour a day, so this may get a little messy on the way, but hopefully, it will help.

Format wise, I will follow the skills measured page shown belowScreenshot 2019-07-08 at 06.52.11.png

So times up for today as I spent my hour learning a little about MD101 but more about using WordPress, and yes, for a tech person I am absolutely terrible, but hey, we have all got to start somewhere, so until tomorrow then where I will go through the Deploy and Update Operating Systems section of MD-101
